Students, if you have not had a chance to complete your end of course evaluation, it’s not too late! Availabilty of the links have been extended to August 5, 2009. We look forward to your feedback on how we can improve in future online offerings.

Hello Everyone,

Summer 2009 semester is starting at UTD in just a few days.  You can get access to most of our online courses (except the one to be offered in the 2nd 5-week) from May 26 – the day when the semester officially starts. You can login to http://webct6.utdallas.edu with your UTD NetID account to access the courses.  Please note all Summer 2009 courses will be showing up on your course list only from May 26.

For the AIM 6305.0T1 course offered through UT TeleCampus, please follow the course access instruction by UTTC and login to the course at:  http://uttc.blackboard.com/.

We  have just published our latest Summer 2009 eLearning Newsletter. Please check it out!

Fall 2008 second 8-week courses start today

As a reminder the second 8-week online courses start today – Mon. Oct. 20, 2008. Students are able to access the courses from today. Global MBA online offers two second 8-week courses: AIM 6202.0G2 and MIS 6204.0G2 and Accounting Online offers three: AIM 6335.0G3, AIM 6335.0G4 and AIM 6336.P7D. If you’re enrolled in any of these courses, you should have recieved an email message with access instructions on Oct. 16. Please log on to the course site as soon as possible. Please email us at som-elearning@utdallas.edu if you have any questions.

New Web Sites

School of Management has recently launched a new web site. As a result, the GMBA Online and AIM Programs web sites have been updated and addresses changed. We now also have a separate SOM eLearning web site which provids you all elearning related service and support information. Please check out the new sites and udpate your bookmarks if you haven’t done that already:

School of Management New Website Launch

As you may have noticed, the School of Management recently launched a new website. As a result, some links in syllabi and WebCT may not be functioning correctly and some information on the website may be outdated. As you have probably seen the announcement in WebCT, UTD has new and improved WebCT support available 24/7. The Improved services include a toll free telephone number for immediate assistance (1-866-588-3192), email request service, and an online chat service. The UTD user community can also access the support resources such as self-help resources and a Knowledge Base.

This link is available within WebCT. Please see the “eLearning Help” link under Campus Bookmarks on My Courses page.
